Role

• Analyze O9 Planned orders data and Demand-Supply Data to plan Raw material supply for Builds

• Execute the Procure to Pay Process - Review Purchase Requisitions(PR), Request for Quotes(RFQ), Create PO in SAP

• Coordinate with suppliers to get promise dates, and follow up to ensure materials get despatched on time

• Follow up on past due orders, and collate reason codes for order delays

• Fulfill material shortages by identifying fastest source of material availability and executing move orders as required

• Work with warehouse, accounts payable to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts

• Run forecasting and Inventory planning models to manage Safety Stock, Reorder point and Reorder Quantities

• Design and develop metrics and reports, dashboards and analyses to drive key business decisions

• Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders

• Work with multiple Business stakeholders (Engineers, Planners/Business users and Strategic suppliers, Communicate results to business stakeholders

• Conduct root cause analyses, communicate improvement recommendations and resolve escalations and create Process Documentation and Desktop Procedures

Required Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in Engineering/Supply Chain/Planning/Procurement/Operations/Manufacturing/Data Analytics roles

• Working proficiency in SAP S4 HANA - Materials Management (MM)

• Excellent Analytical Skills, with Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets /Excel

• Self driven, ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation and information systems management

• Coding experience with SQL, BigQuery and Javascript

• Outstanding communication and Stakeholder Management Skills

• Experience working with BOMs and Contract Manufacturers
