• Responsible for delivering world-class client services by following all standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Responsible for utilizing and maintaining litify case manager software and matter plan checklist for all cases/activity documentation.
• Responsible for preparing documents and sending correspondence to perspective parties.
• Responsible for communicating with and provides support to attorneys and management, and with clients as needed to obtain treatment status, providing updates, and ensuring all necessary case documentation is received.
• Responsible for answering all incoming calls and being available for scheduled client appointments and returning all calls within 24 hours.
• Responsible for helping clients understand and navigate appropriately speaking to insurance companies when it comes to recorded statements and property damage.
• Responsible for clients getting into treatment and setting appointments, when necessary
• Responsible for analyzing and comprehending dashboard reports.
• Responsible for ensuring demand goals are met by timely review of client records and bills and submitting accurate demand packages to insurance companies.
• Responsible for requesting check and release status from insurance companies.
• Responsible for preparing settlement statements, getting signatures on final release and settlement statement during disbursement stage.
• Responsible for communicating any negative changes in client interaction, treatment and or satisfaction when it pertains to client with handling attorney.
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to the firm’s policy and procedures manual.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Utilize excellent internal/external customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₡1,200.00 - ₡1,250.00 per month
