We have a new Canada-based client who is looking for Back Office Agents to add to our Team.

As a Back Office Agent, you will:

Handle back-end tasks while also regularly interacting with customers via email. The position will work our manual review and dispute work types, responding to inbound service requests and answering customer questions about background reports, primarily via case or email.

​Key Responsibilities

• Resolving complex billing, collection, and customer contract queries.
• Resolving account and transaction, exceptions, audit and integration related issues.
• Resolving issues related to customer accounts that cannot be resolved by the frontline agents and referred to back-office CSRs via a case or email.
• Responding to and resolving all cases and issues referred to back-office CSRs in a timely fashion.
• Contacting customers as and when required to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in back office role is preferred
• English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better
• Successful completion of high school education is preferred
• Position fully Work from Office
