Are you a charismatic, well-spoken professional with a natural North American accent? We’re looking for a mature, articulate voice—ideal for a semi-retired individual—to call independent restaurants and help them enroll in our free digital menu program. About the Role:As a Customer Success Account Manager, you’ll be reaching out to independent restaurants in small town America, building relationships with owners, and offering them our proven, no-cost menu solutions. This is an Restaurant account manager position with pre-qualified and pre-built leads, excellent training, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to new restaurant accounts (120+ calls per 6-hour shift)
- Build rapport and present our free menu services to restaurant owners or decision makers
- Follow up via email (using provided templates) and phone to answer questions and to sign-up accounts
- Meet or exceed performance goals
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of B2B outbound cold calling or phone sales experience (preferred)
- 1–2 years of account management or customer service experience (preferred)
- Previous work-from-home experience is a plus
- Must have a clear, neutral, or American/Canadian accent — a warm, reassuring tone or seasoned voice is a plus

- Comfortable using basic online tools (email, CRM, scripts) to mainly take notes
