We are looking for a Business Analyst.
The role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Leads complex projects, collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, and ensures that business requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis and stakeholder management (project management is a plus).
Job Objectives:
- Capture, analyze and translate business requirements accurately and translated into technical specifications.
- Lead projects to deliver critical business and compliance functionality, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation & data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
Main activities:
- Deliver critical business and/or compliance functionality through project management.
- Track and communicate project results to all entire project community and stakeholders.
- Monitoring key deliverables and provide visibility to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring delivery for all complex process related issues as per the defined support model.
- Conducting discussion sessions for requirements gathering and documenting them in a structured manner.
- Taking ownership and ensure completion of milestones without any extension or time delay.
- Identify process gaps/inefficiencies and recommend/drive projects to deploy value add solutions in concert with stakeholder sponsorship.
- Ensure Document management rules are adhered to as per policy.
- Maintaining complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs.
- Provide and gain Subject Matter Expertise to business led projects, POR projects, support needs and other priority requests.
- Preparing training materials.
- Updating oneself with changes in the process flow or in the company and/or floor policy on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Post graduation studies would be a plus.
- Professional qualifications in the fields of: order management, supply chain, logistics (5 years minimum of previous experience).
- Computer skills, MS Office package.
- Advanced Excel skills - Fornulas, pivots, charts, VBA programming skills.
- SQL experience is preffered.
- SAP experience; SAP Hana knowledge.
- PowerBI experience, design and logic.
- Experienced in developing and managing complex reports.
- Data management and interpretation.
- Experience in designing solutions that meet business needs.
- English is a must, advanced level (written, reading and spoken).
